At Key O.T we are dedicated to providing Occupational Therapy services to the New England and North West Region.

We strive to make a REAL difference in the lives of our clients and their family.  We deliver services with exceptional knowledge and skill, that enables us to provide innovative and functional solutions, to maximise the potential of our clients.

​We have a purpose built clinic in Inverell, which offers both indoor and outdoor experiences.   We also deliver services in daycare, school and home environments where practical.   

Outreach services available to nearby towns including: Moree, Armidale, Warialda, Glen Innes and most places in between on request.

​What is Occupational Therapy?

​

​Occupational Therapy is unique in that it uses a holistic approach to look not only at the reasons a client’s participation in activities of daily living have been impacted, but also the client’s roles and environment. 

​

The term ‘occupation’ is used to describe all the everyday things we do in our life roles, but also the things we do to be who we are, the things we do to create a meaningful life and to engage with wider society and culture.   An Occupational Therapist can help to identify strengths and difficulties and help work practical solutions, to enable participation.  Our Occupational Therapist will gather information, discuss your concerns and work with you to identify your goals. They will then provide you with advice and recommendations, strategies, modifications and / or equipment and together you can plan the pathway to achieving your goals.

We utilise evidence based practices to evaluate each client and find the best occupation-based interventions specific to their needs.
